Small Batch Craft Ciders

We take pride in our product and in our process. From choosing the best local apples to giving the process the time it needs to naturally ferment, we feel the end product is a result of the love you put in. Our ciders are cold fermented with minimal intervention and bottled using ancestral or traditional methods.

Our Orchard & Farming Practices

We have been working hard to create a biodiverse farm with a focus on growing clean biodynamic food while enriching our land. Our farming philosophy: If it requires poison to grow, you won't find it here!

Our farm sits on a beautiful piece of land with an abundance of spring water, rich soil, native berries and wildflowers. We have been working hard to give the native berries a chance to flourish and also cover cropping and prepping soil for food and flower production.

Our Ciders

At Kingston Creek, our roots are deeply tied to the land and the art of traditional cidermaking. Our releases are defined by a minimal-intervention, cold-fermented process that lets the true character of New Brunswick apples shine through. Local favorites include our crisp, no-sugar-added Cortland and smooth Honeycrisp dry ciders, our signature WildCider crafted from unsprayed, wild trees, and innovative small-batches like our vibrant Rosé (infused with local haskap berries and wild mint) and robust Bourbon Barrel Aged cider. Every bottle we produce is crafted to reflect the authentic flavors of the Kingston Peninsula.

Selection varies, so stop by our taproom to see what ciders we currently have available.
